Presidential Fitness Challenge This is a great way to help students excel in fitness. You test them on 5 different challenges. They can receive an award from the president. There are three awards they can receive: Presidential, National, and Participant. You can purchase certificates and/or patches to reward those who have worked hard. This website has everything you need to do the challenge, including an Educators Manual.
Warm Up and Cool Down Activities This website is from the UK so their grades are called something different than ours. But the numbers in the boxes are the ages that these exercises are appropriate for. It also has several games.
